So I used the reverse converter to convert my Nintendo NES on my 55 inch TV. So from RCA to HDMI. Here I also have a switchbox attached to the TV, which works for me. You want to go the other way from digital to analogue. That should actually work with the adapter, it's there...the question is whether you can split the signal to two monitors if you want to send the signal to both monitors. You would already have to have a splitter in the car to achieve this...
