Tivoli Audio Model One Radio Series. Its nuanced sound will amaze anyone who listens to this small table radio for the first time: No wonder the inventive Henry Kloss is behind this miracle of sound in a compact size. He was concerned about the natural, balanced reproduction of the sound, so he gave the mono speaker an automatic contouring of the frequencies in half octaves. Paul de Pasquale lifts the classic into the new world of the digital, but without changing too much of the exterior at first glance: Thus, the front with its two proven portholes remains, but they are given new tasks. While a round display on the left shows everything in white on black, the large rotary switch on the right is used for operation. You can choose between local radio reception (FM/MW), digital radio (DAB and DAB+) or streaming from smartphone, tablet or PC via Bluetooth. With an alarm time setting, it can also be used optimally as a radio alarm clock. Between the two portholes are two buttons for volume and the on/off switch. Below that, five buttons can be used to preset five stations on each source. The otherwise prominent loudspeaker has been moved to the top of the radio, but its innovative technology means that it doesn't lose any of its exceptionally good sound.
