The Stentor Elysia is one of the high-quality orchestral models from Stentor. It consists of excellent handcrafted instruments carved from selected and grained tonewoods. The Stentor Elysia viola is produced in a specialized workshop within the Stentor factory, where the most skilled craftsmen work under the strict supervision of a master in a traditional violin-making environment that has been familiar to luthiers for centuries. The result is a fine instrument with outstanding craftsmanship and excellent sound. The viola is hand-carved from solid tonewoods, finished with a hand-applied traditional shellac varnish, and equipped with professional-quality brand strings.
