Has been taken care of. 2x Swiss mains plugs are supplied.
Hello , the problem as you have described it is not very clear , and it is difficult to help you . What I can tell you is that with fibre optic or not , the Modem has the exact same features and operation . If the Wi-Fi doesn't reach all the rooms and you want to improve the situation , the best way is to take an Ethernet cable directly from the Modem to the room or near the dead spot and attach a Wi-Fi repeater to the wall . Or use Devolo's Wi-Fi Repeaters which are the best, allowing you to have the Internet signal passing through the home power grid from Point A (Devolo attached to the Modem) to Point B (Devolo placed in the room) . And of course set it as a repeater of the modem's Wi-Fi network with the same credentials . I hope I have been helpful . Hi

To use the TL-WPA7617 KIT(CH), follow these steps: 1. Connect to the router: Plug the TL-PA7017P adapter into an electrical socket and connect it to your Swisscom router using an Ethernet cable. 2. Installing the TL-WPA7617: Place the TL-WPA7617 in an electrical socket near the outdoor camera. Make sure it is on the same electrical circuit as the TL-PA7017P. 3. Pairing for security: Press the "Pair" button on each adapter to secure the network. 4. Wi-Fi configuration: Use the "Wi-Fi Clone" button to copy the Wi-Fi settings from your router to the TL-WPA7617. Make sure the adapters are not plugged into power strips to avoid signal loss.

Hello there are both variants on Galaxus, you have to read in the technical data how the connections are, if there is CH they are with Swiss connection. Normally with European connection they are cheaper. Hi

Yes, you can both receive and play WiFi with the TL-WPA7617 KIT(CH) Gigabit WLAN Powerline Adapter. - The adapter supports dual-band WiFi according to the 802.11ac standard, with speeds of up to 867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz. - It has an integrated power socket and a Gigabit Ethernet port, which makes it possible to establish both wired and wireless connections. - As the adapter is compatible with the HomePlug AV2 standard, it can achieve data transfer rates of up to 1000 Mbps over existing electrical wiring, making it ideal for connecting your home and basement as long as they are on the same electrical wiring. This adapter is therefore perfect for extending WiFi to areas of your home where there are no LAN connections.
Automatically generated from the .Hi Sato , Unfortunately not! There is no possibility of a Mesh network with this product . I had the same problem and with Sunrise Modem , but I think with any modem you have the exact same problem . I revised it and bought another product , more expensive but it works , from Devolo . I hope you found this information useful.
so both parts have a CH plug? would be daft if not, but the pictures are confusing ;-) Thank you!

Yes, you can use the Internet both via LAN and WLAN with the TL-WPA7617 KIT. ### LAN connection - The kit includes a Gigabit Ethernet port that provides reliable, high-speed wired connections for devices such as game consoles, smart TVs and NAS. ### WLAN connection - It also offers AC1200 dual-band Wi-Fi with speeds of up to 867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz, allowing you to stream, game, email, browse and post on your wireless devices. ### Security - The Powerline connection is secured by HomePlug AV2 technology. You can increase the security of your network by pressing the "Pair" button on each adapter to create an encrypted connection. This secures your connection and prevents neighbours or unauthorised persons from accessing your network. - In addition, the kit's Wi-Fi supports WEP, WPA-PSK and WPA2-PSK encryption methods to protect your wireless connection.
Automatically generated from the .Yes, you need an existing Internet connection. It does not amplify the signal but brings it via the power grid to places that cannot be reached with an access point, for example. One-off costs.

The WiFi endpoint of the TP-Link TL-WPA7617 KIT extends the existing WiFi network and does not create separate, stand-alone WiFi networks. Here are the details: - The device uses the manufacturer's technology, known as "OneMesh™", to extend the existing WiFi network and form a unified mesh network structure when connected to a compatible OneMesh™ router. - It clones the router's WiFi settings and transfers them to the new endpoint to ensure a seamless extension of the existing network. This is done using the "Wi-Fi Clone" function. The existing WiFi network is thus expanded and a new, separate WiFi network is not created.
Automatically generated from the .Powerline is used to extend the home network (Internet, for example) in the apartment/house. It doesn't matter whether it's for a TV, PC or anything else. The TL-WPA7617 can provide access to the home network in a remote room (as long as it is in the same power grid) via LAN (i.e. RJ45 plug) or WLAN. So if it's just about the Internet, in addition to the main TV (which is certainly close to the Swisscom box), another one in a remote room can be served with Internet. I emphasise Internet. This is not about the TV programme that is selected via a TV box, if that is the question.
comes with a normal (2-pin) Euro plug that fits in both DE and CH
Sorry, unfortunately I have no idea
To create a secure connection between the devices, the PAIR button must be pressed on both devices.
yes that is possible
This product does not have WIFI 6 support. So if you need WIFI 6 support for powerline adapters, you need to buy an adapter or set that supports WIFI 6, such as https://www.digitec.ch/de/comparison/17947996-17236480-17236481
It doesn't need an adapter, runs at 530-600 Mbps for me. Everything is included.
