Hello, I have had the plug in operation for a few days now, but then suddenly the entire WLAN system of the house switches off and the router says no internet connection found, the router is the Swisscom Internetbox 3. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

Hello, I have a similar problem. Router was connected according to Swisscom, but could not open a website via any device. In the end, the router was replaced and it worked again. I have several TP-Link Power LANs in use and have never had any problems.

Probably more the problem of the router or swisscom. At least TP-Link doesn't cause me any problems.
