According to the Marmitek website (https://www.marmitek.com/en...), it will accept 480i (NTSC)and 576i (PAL) inputs, with an output of 720p @60Hz and 1080p @60Hz, both of which are supported on the TV specs you quoted. So it should handle the old NTSC consoles with a composite video output.

Exactly. In my scenario it was the original Xbox that only had these red/white/yellow plugs, these 3 plugs to this adapter and then vis HDMI to a TV (LG2020). It worked, quality not really top but sufficient for a nostalgic experience :)

I think not. I use the converter to convert the RCA of an old video recorder into HDMI for the TV (max 1080p). This works flawlessly. I can't test it, but I would assume that there is no extra channel in this "slow" analogue RCA-HDMI interface.
I don't know either, please ask at a specialist shop (e.g. melectronics). I would have done better, because the thing was not suitable for my purpose (to listen to the sound from the TV via the stereo system) and is therefore to be given away cheaply.

yes but you will only hear your records very quietly because normally the phono connection has its own preamplifier. you either need a preamplifier and can then use this adapter from the preamplifier to the soundbar or i suppose there is also direct phono to hdmi or optical audio e.g. but i am just assuming all this, i have not tried anything like this.
Hello, yes you need an HDMI cable between the box and the TV. Any HDMI cable will do, the quality of the cable has no impact on the video as HDMI is a digital mode.

Yes, it should work. This adapter also requires power and needs a USB A connection - or in your case one per adapter.
There is not much you can do. The limitations of the VHS as recorded and the possible settings of your projector must be compatible. This product only converts the electrical signal from analogue to digital. Of course, there are signal converters that support this function, but they are not cheap.

Not on an Xbox, but I recently got several of these things to connect my Nintendo 64, Gamecube and PlayStation. It works, but it's a tangled mess of cables because each converter needs an extra power supply. You also have to buy the HDMI cable separately. You would also have to accept that the picture quality of the consoles from the first quality is not the very best. For myself, however, it is sufficient.

I haven't unpacked it yet, but I'll be happy to try it out tonight... I don't have a VHS player as a source anymore, but any old Nintendo console will do...

No. You need the "Marmitek Connect AH31 Scart to HDMI Converter" if you want to watch old videos from a VHS recorder on an HD television with HDMI input.
You need a so-called video grabber. A very good grabber is the "Renkforce GR2". (I have one too, it's brilliant) You can get it at Conrad.ch for 50.-Fr. (Order No. 1304232-62), and it also comes with software for recording. (MAGIX Video easy Software).
