It just doesn't work. The redeemed/purchased vouchers should retain the validity period of 12/24 months. After expiry, the model can then be changed, but certainly not simply credited as a credit. I would never have paid 100 Fr. for 6.66 months (we now pay 15.-/mt. as Family 5). That is definitely not possible.
