Synthesis in models (DP-UB424, 824, 820) Hello, I have a NAS Synology and I would like to stream any type of file, my sony does 99% but block on a specification from Dolby. But in the end the models 424, 824 (from 2018) and the 820 ( from 2023) what are their pluses and minuses. The problem is that the Digitec/Galaxus data is wrong or incorrectly reflected and it's not the first time. This makes the comparison very difficult. I'd rather make a symthesis and if possible a community feelback. Streaming (NAS) : ISO (null by mensioned but reads TS internally) MKV DIVX Mpeg2 TS H265 h264 Audio : Dolby Digital / TrueHD Dolby Digital Plus or EAC3 DTS-HD Master Audio / DTS-HD High Resolution Audio FLAC FLAC Multi-track Dolby Atoms DTS:X WAV ALAC DSD AIFF WMA ACC MP3 AIFF Digital/analogue converter (on 824) Video : Blu-ray Ultra HD 3D FULL HD BD-Video BDAV AVCHD AVCHD 3D DVD-Video HDR HDR10 HDR10+ Dolby vision (on 824and 820) DVD recorder (on 820 but only on DVD) Miscellaneous : Front multipoint screens (on 824 and 820) Remote Control Subtitle position/brightness adjustment HDAVI Control 5 standard (VIERA Link function) Internet applications Mirroring with smartphone/tablet Web browser WiFi ready yes (built-in) IEEE802.11 a/b/g/n/ac Playback (external hard drive) Network Attached Storage (NAS) BD-Live™ Network content playback (Client and Renderer) Connection: *Dual HDMI on the 820 (weird, maybe full HDMI 2.0 2x. No, apparently just commercial) 2x HDMI output - (424 and 824) (According to the Google AI that recruits a WEB that kills the WEB, yes both are usable, 1x in Full hdmi 2.0 and the other only for sound, great for me on my JVC XP-EXT1 Exofield Home Theater) Digital output opt. LR analogue audio output (on 824 and 820) 7.1ch analogue audio output (on 824 and 820) Etherne interface That's a brief summary, but the best model (824) can be delivered in 2 days. In 1995, moin Humax was already recording satellite feeds on HDD. A feelback if you have experience with the 824 or 424 model following new updates. Thanks

In principle, the Panasonic Dp-Ub824egk should support the desired functions and be able to play the content. You can also integrate it into your NAS system. However, the question remains in the Community, other members may have more detailed information or personal experience.

Yes, this cable is compatible with a monitor that only supports 1080P. HDMI 2.0 supports up to 1080p at 120 Hz, which means it will work with a 1080p monitor, which typically has a lower refresh rate.

The boxes and cables were produced before this regulation came into force. They are Premium Highspeed HDMI. As soon as they are all sold out, the labelling will be different.
