For 240 Hz monitors, it would be best to use a DisplayPort 1.4 output, which is then sufficient up to a maximum of 1440p. An HDMI 2.0 certified cable would also be sufficient up to 1080p. However, the Digitec cable is not optimal for this.
In principle, the Panasonic Dp-Ub824egk should support the desired functions and be able to play the content. You can also integrate it into your NAS system. However, the question remains in the Community, other members may have more detailed information or personal experience.

The boxes and cables were produced before this regulation came into force. They are Premium Highspeed HDMI.

When we compare the products, we can see that the first one supports the HDMI V2.0 version as well as the 4k resolution
resolution, while the second one supports HDMI V2.1 and 8k

It might just work, but I would advise you not to use it - rather use Displayport, as you still have enough bandwidth. If not possible, let me know which PC and monitor you have.
