I have a basic subscription, I bought this offer on digitec and I entered my CODE as indicated. Except I didn't know if this year included in this offer was going to ADD to my subscription or if it was going to replace it. I contacted the service and they told me that this offer would take over once the current subscription expired. Let's say you had a subscription from 01.01.2020-01.01.2021 and you entered your 1 year promo code on 25.12.2020, on the first of January 2021 you will not have any money debited from your credit card, it is the offer of your 1 year service access code that will be valid until 01.01.2022.
