Question about Adobe Creative Cloud Individual

I have been using the "Creative Cloud" subscription for some time now, for which I pay CHF 58.16 per month. I have not yet found a way to change the subscription to "annual payment". Can I now "switch" to this product? Do I have to cancel the existing subscription first? Or will the next 12 months be automatically deducted from it after entering the licence? Or how does that work exactly? Not that the existing (monthly) subscription continues...

You must first cancel your current subscription by clicking on "Cancel". Don't worry: nothing will be lost and you can use all services for the rest of the paid term. As soon as it has expired, you can redeem the code you bought here and you will then have paid access for the whole year, which is not automatically renewed.
I would not enter the code in advance, as I had an unintentional overlap that had to be resolved by Adobe support.
