The CD Box S3 is our first product from the new S3 line. Unlike DVD or Blu-ray disc players, a dedicated CD player often provides better playback of audio CDs. The drive in the CD Box S3 allows for 1:1 bit-perfect CD playback. The new DAC chip offers the best D/A conversion with a bit depth and sampling rate of up to 32bit/384kHz. The slot-in mechanism gently pulls the CD in, and within a few seconds, it is ready to play. Supported media: Red Book CD-DA. Digital output: 1 x S/PDIF coaxial. As a fan of understatement, I particularly like devices like the CDBox DS3. It's good when it's easy on the wallet, too. Although the CD player radiates a certain solidity, not a cent was wasted on a poser look. Here you get maximum sound quality at a good price.
So inconspicuous, so good: pretty, affordable CD player with basic equipment and very good sound. Not only interesting for the small second system.
