High-speed HDMI cable with Ethernet. Gold-plated HDMI contacts. Twisted pair construction for optimal internal shielding. Transmits HD video and audio-only signals. HDMI Ethernet Channel adds high-speed networking to an HDMI connection, allowing users to take full advantage of their IP devices without the need for separate network cables (provided the devices support HDMI with Ethernet). Audio Return Channel allows an HDMI-connected TV with a built-in tuner to send audio "upstream" to a surround audio system, eliminating the need for a separate audio cable. 3D over HDMI defines input and output protocols for major 3D video formats, paving the way for true 3D gaming and home theater applications. 4K x 2K video support enables video resolutions well beyond 1080p, supporting next-generation displays. Suitable for HDTV, PC/notebook, Xbox, PlayStation, Blu-ray DVD/HD DVD, digital cameras, and projectors. Backward compatible with all previous HDMI cables.
