Half-baked Chinesium

The wristband and finger sensor (a soft silicone one rather than the clip shown in the outdated product images) were comfortable to wear and the readings agreed closely with another pulse oximeter but that's where the good ends.

The interface on the thing is impossible to use. It has just a single button with which you're meant to navigate menus and change values (e.g. set the time). The status of the device isn't easy to determine. I wore it the entire night and later found out that it wasn't recording. It seems that I somehow turned the recording off without noticing. I'm not even sure how I did that.

Once you have the recording, you need to analyse it. The software is appalling and limited. You can see a chart and scroll it. You can't even zoom. You can export but only very basic and limited reports. There isn't even a CSV export so you can do analysis elsewhere.

And worst: the device is clearly pictured and advertised with a USB-C port but it isn't actually USB-C. If you use a standard USB-C cable to connect it to a power supply or computer, the device won't work. It won't even charge. It will ONLY work if you use a USB-A to USB-C adapter or cable, which defeats the point of having a USB-C port.

I would strongly recommend finding a product that works with Bluetooth and an app. The Viatom/Wellue products are able to export CSV at the very least.
