Anyone who has played full contact sports like rugby will know the benefit of a hot bath with epsom salts the day after. Helping to reduce bruising pains, muscle aches and promoting good sleep. The instructions suggest using 500g, half the pack but I have used 10 table spoons and found it effective. You can experiment with your own quantities.
