Flurin and Julien are no strangers to us. They have tried to land with us with various campaigns, but with varying degrees of success. The mystery surrounding the two and who is behind it is now being revealed.
Flurin Caspescha
Becoming a star on the internet nowadays seems easier than it actually is. On his first appearance in September 2015, Flurin tried to cause a stir with a Galaxus Live video. His cheeky Bündner style did not go down well with some viewers, which led to cheeky comments. Only his grandma was able to teach him some manners.
Julien Gerber
The hipster, who attaches as much importance to his beard as his ecological footprint, has also come in for a lot of criticism. Here are a few examples:
- "No matter what you use, the main thing is less"
- "Hipsters are dead."
- "How fucking embarrassing is this Basel arse..."
Tami Bruhin & Ludwig
We don't need to say any more about Tami than has already been said. With her guest appearances, she gave us the necessary counter to Flurin and Julien, even if she still pronounces "Galaxus" incorrectly to this day. Ludwig the dog was always involved and, like Tami, was loved by the masses.
The secret
Although it was noticed by an attentive viewer in the very first episode, he remained largely incognito. None other than Fabian Unteregger took on the roles of the pushy Flurin and the curious Julien for us. With lots of fake beard hair and even more make-up, he shot a whole series of videos for us.
