If Simon's taste buds could talk, they would plead for their lives, because today we're having "Fusion à la Natalie" for breakfast. Also known as Nutella with everything that doesn't belong on it. En Guete, Simon!
I love Nutella. My favourite spread is with garlic sausage or cheese. The main thing is a salty contrast. My colleague Simon Balissat can only shake his head. It just cries out for a test of courage for his taste buds. At the centre of the action: a blindfold, the nut nougat spread I trust and a few questionable toppings. Bonus gourmet tip: Salami, smoked bacon and lyonnaise also make a good combination.
