Why dark chocolate’s more than just a sweet treat
by Anna Sandner
It doesn't always have to be milk chocolate: Lindt is expanding its Dubai-style chocolate range to include dark and white chocolate.
Dubai chocolate 2.0: Lindt is now launching the sweet treat in white and dark with 70 per cent cocoa in addition to the milk chocolate version. The bars weigh 150 grammes. Also the milk chocolate variant. This was previously only available in 145 grammes.
The inside of all the bars is the same: a mixture of pistachios and kadayif. The latter is also known as angel hair and refers to thin, crispy baked threads of dough. Kadayif is particularly well-known in the Arab and Turkish regions, where it is used in traditional desserts.
By the way: Dubai chocolate is now also available as bars or chocolates in our shop. They contain more filling. According to the nutritional information, the chocolates and bars contain 26 per cent, while the bars only contain 16 per cent.
