Now available: new gas barbecues from Weber

If you are looking for a gas barbecue for the upcoming barbecue season, you might be interested in our new additions from Weber. They also come with a new range of accessories: Weber Works.
Weber is starting 2025 with a modernisation of its Genesis and Spirit gas barbecues as well as new compact models in the Q series. According to the manufacturer, the new models promise better burner systems, easier operation and a practical accessory system to make organising the barbecue easier. Weber aims to cover a wide range of barbecue needs. You can find them in our shop now.
Genesis model range
The Genesis model range includes the E-315 and E-415 models. While the Genesis E-315W is equipped with three burners, the Genesis E-415W offers a larger grilling surface with four burners.
Both models feature the new "PureBlu" burners developed in-house, which are designed to ensure constant and even heat development. The grill grates are made of porcelain-enamelled cast iron. According to the manufacturer, these promise good heat retention and attractive grill stripes. This is complemented by the stainless steel "flavourizer bars", which are designed to evaporate dripping juices and thus intensify the grill flavour.
The barbecue can be extended with the compatible "Weber Crafted" inserts such as a Dutch oven, a plancha or a pizza stone. According to Weber, the storage surface and side tables offer plenty of space for preparing and serving food. The enamelled lid also has an integrated thermometer for temperature control.
Spirit model range
The Spirit range comprises four different models:
- Spirit E-210 with two burners for compact spaces, ideal for balconies or small terraces
- Spirit E-325 with three burners for extended grilling options
- Spirit E-410 and E-425 with four burners for a larger grilling area
According to Weber, this model series relies on improved burner technology and optimised operation. The new boost burner system is said to increase performance by up to 40 per cent, which means the grills should offer a particularly large sear zone for more intense roasting flavours and even heat distribution - if available. Unlike the other models, the Spirit E-210 model does not offer this.
The sear zone consists of three burners that are closer together than the other burners in the grill. This arrangement makes it possible to create a zone that heats up much faster than other areas of the grill. Due to the concentrated heat, the sear zone quickly reaches high temperatures that are ideal for searing meat.
All models have a snap-jet ignition, which is designed to simplify the ignition of the burners, as well as a digital or classic thermometer, depending on the model.
Q series: Compact gas barbecues for flexible use
According to Weber, the new Q1200N models offer a space-saving alternative for barbecuing in smaller areas or when travelling. Two versions are available: a tabletop version without a stand and a free-standing version with a stand.
Despite their compact design, the Q models are said to offer high performance and even heat distribution. They are operated via quick ignition with temperature control.
Weber Works: accessories for your barbecue
With Weber Works, Weber is introducing a new accessory system designed to enable better organisation and handling on the barbecue. This includes:
- Organiser set: for tidy storage of barbecue cutlery and accessories
- Serving tray set: for transporting barbecue food
- Bottle holder: for safe and handy storage of drinks or oil bottles
The accessories are compatible with the new barbecues and can be attached directly to the corresponding holders.
