Now available: gas-powered pizza ovens "Modena" and "Vesuvio" from Gino Pizza Ovens

Preheat for 15 minutes, bake for 90 seconds: The new "Modena" and "Vesuvio" pizza ovens from Gino Pizza Ovens promise quick results at a high temperature. Both are gas-powered and designed for outdoor use.
If you regularly eat pizza, it may be worth having your own pizza oven. It delivers high temperatures, short baking times and a result that a conventional domestic oven cannot achieve. With the two shop innovations «Modena» and «Vesuvio», the Gina Pizza Ovens brand is launching two compact gas ovens that are designed to do just that.
Both are mobile and designed for outdoor use. They are identical except for the design. The «Modena» has an eye-catching stripe in the colours of the Italian flag, while the «Vesuvio» has a functional design with a matt black surface. They were developed under the name of Gino D'Acampo, an Italian-British TV chef known for his everyday cooking. You can find all of the brand's products here.
The pizza ovens
Both models measure 65 × 44 × 35 centimetres and weigh around 17 kilograms. The baking surface is 14 inches in each case. A cordierite stone distributes the heat evenly. The housing with the matt black surface is made of stainless steel. Four folding feet are designed to ensure a secure hold. You control the temperature manually using the gas regulator.
