Get the hang of it with these accessories
As visually refined sculptures, these designer pieces match any interior style and master the art of balance.
In hardly any other season have I come across so many geometric shapes as at the moment. Designers seem to be particularly fond of arches. Whether convex or concave and as an object or illustration, they are proving to be particularly versatile. The silhouette is decorative without being too thick. The curve of the semicircle is harmonious and is reminiscent of the symbol of a scale, which stands for balance. Purists in particular favour precisely these shapes in the interior design scene because they stand the test of time.
Objects such as a candle holder, for example, create a harmonious picture as a filler on empty shelves, with or without candles. When lit, they can become a centrepiece on the dining table. The arched shape is also suitable as a lampshade. It is classic and functional because it provides targeted light where you need it.
