Couscous - popular and healthy
The grain balls have a high fibre content, especially in the wholemeal version, and therefore keep you full for longer. With a high proportion of carbohydrates but very little fat, couscous is an ideal source of energy with a high protein content. The minerals and trace elements it contains, such as selenium, are said to reduce the risk of some cancers and strengthen the immune system.
Let it taste good
You can also satisfy your couscous cravings in our shop, where you will also find suggestions on how to prepare it.
