A roll of ideas

Whether it's for your to-do lists, birthday dates or other brilliant ideas, there's no shortage of space on this hanging reminder. And it only takes a few steps to make one yourself.

I love to-do lists, especially retro, paper ones. The sense of satisfaction that comes from ticking off a task once it's done is just incomparable. But with work, kids and housework, there's usually so much to do that a normal A4 sheet just won't do. So I came up with the idea of hanging a large wrapping paper holder on the wall, which is both oversized and practical.

Materials required

How to proceed

Once the round rod has been cut so that it is 78cm long, thread it through the roll of wrapping paper. Then place the eyelet screws at the ends of it. Make two marks on the wall for the holes. For a stone wall, you'll need suitable wall plugs. Then fix the screws to the wall. Pass the rod from the outside to the inside of the eyelets. If you're using hook screws like me, then simply hang the round rod.

Ideally, hang a string from the panel.

That way, you don't lose your ideas looking for a pen.

Besides, this picture will go perfectly in the children's bedroom. They can absolutely use it for their drawings and doodles. It's a good idea too, isn't it?

For me, creativity is like butter on bread: blogger for "Lilaliv", stylist and furniture consultant, I consider myself incredibly lucky to have turned my passion into a profession.
