A day on the water with baby & child
On hot days, it's often almost unbearable at home if you don't have the luxury of a garden. At the lake, river or swimming pool, the little ones can let off steam without overheating. These products are also ideal for a beach holiday.
Swimwear and bath towel
If the sun is very strong or your child may already have a slight sunburn, it is best to put on a T-shirt that protects against UV rays in addition to the normal swimwear.
Sun and wind protection
For reliable protection from the sun, always apply sun cream about 30 minutes before going outside. Also important: reapply regularly! Avoid direct midday sun (approx. 11 am to 3 pm). A beach shell or parasol can be a suitable retreat or shade provider during this time.
Safety first
Never take your eyes off children in the water despite their buoyancy aid.
For more fun
Build sandcastles, splash around with water - there are no limits to a child's imagination.
Plashing and playing makes you hungry
In order for the fun to continue, little ones need plenty of fluids and are grateful if you satisfy their hunger. It's best to bring some tasty snacks from home in a cool box.
Don't forget yourself
With all the packing for the little ones, it's not uncommon to suddenly realise when you get there that you've got everything you need for your child but have forgotten your towel or sunglasses. Here are a few nice items for mums & dads:
Seaside child. Close to nature. Dog lover.
