30-day right of return on our full fashion range

Your new pants are too tight or the print on your shirt isn’t that pretty after all? No worries, we’re offering you free return on any fashion items within 30 days.
The shoes, shirt, socks or pants you ordered on Galaxus aren’t what you wanted? No problem. You’re welcome to return all fashion items to us within 30 days free of charge. We’ll take over the shipping costs. You may also return fashion items to one of our stores within ten days. We’ll refund the full purchase price to you if you return the products to us in their original packaging, without signs of use and with the label still on them.
How to go ahead? Please enter your return on: galaxus.ch/en/ReturnsAndWarranty
Add the reason and choose how you would like to return the item (by post, pick@home, Päckli-Punkt collection point or bring-in at one of our stores). If you wish to return the item by post, please print the return label and the return receipt. By doing so, Digitec Galaxus AG takes over the full shipping costs. You can track all your returns in your customer account. As soon as we receive your return, the purchase price is refunded to you.
