Hello, I bought this keyboard today. Very nice keystroke feeling and also nice sound. But I have a problem with the Keychron launcher. I have a Swiss-Layout. I first carried out a firmware update via cable, which worked without any problems. Then I wanted to customise the key assignment. The key to the left of Enter is the characters: Dollar, Pound and Loop Bracket. In addition, the right key next to the left Shift key, where the characters: Backslash and the two angle brackets. I have selected and assigned the keys. But did not find a "Save" button! But these two keys do not work! Note: have selected the "Windows" button at the top of the keyboard. The "Layer 2" is also selected (I have a Windows PC). So from my point of view everything is ok. I have also "reset" the keyboard again and installed the latest firmware again. But it still doesn't work! Does anyone have any other ideas on how to fix this or is my keyboard having a problem? One more question: one of my Windows keys was already cracked on delivery.
