The express exchange service gives you the certainty that you won't have to put up with lengthy repairs and waiting times in the event of a warranty claim. If your device is defective, it will either be replaced with a new, equivalent product within 24 hours or the purchasing price is credited to you.

Returning a defective device is free of charge – we provide you with a pre-paid, pre-addressed postage label. If you take your device to one of our stores, we will offer you a solution on the spot.

You can take out the express exchange service as an upgrade to the existing manufacturer's warranty, i.e. for a duration of 2 years.

Please return the defective device including accessories and warranty claim to us, if possible and if available in the original packaging. If your device is password protected, please let us know.

In case of replacement, the new warranty period is two years starting from date of replacement. The express replacement service applies to one product at a time and can be acquired up to 30 days after the purchase of the product at the latest.
