Repair shampoos tested - Which one helps stressed hair?

We tested 17 repair shampoos - liquid and solid - that are offered for stressed or damaged hair. Even if they do not permanently repair damaged hair, most of them do improve the hair's properties. Nine performed well overall, including comparatively inexpensive ones. But: The cheapest repair shampoos do not come out on top.
