Vans Authentic

Not much has changed in the classic design of this legendary sneaker since 1966: a simple canvas low top with straightforward lacing and the original Vans Waffle Sole. The latter is also the reason why it has always been so popular among skaters. The durable rubber sole with its unique waffle pattern provides excellent grip, making it ideal for skateboarding. In the 1970s, this sparked a true Vans wave in skate-loving California, the home of the shoe. SoCal teenagers were often seen wearing these shoes, and since then, Vans have secured a permanent place in skate culture. The simple yet stylish design also resonates strongly outside the skate scene.
