Our development team designed this warm fleece jacket to provide maximum comfort during sailing trips in cool, damp weather (7 to 10 °C). This lightweight, warm fleece jacket features a high collar that protects against the cold both at sea and along the coast. The mesh structure of the fleece material traps air, providing natural insulation to retain body heat. The brushed inner side helps to trap air, resulting in a pleasantly soft and warm wearing experience. This material has been tested in the lab at a comfort temperature of 7 to 10 °C. Wind can enhance the feeling of cold, so you can wear a windproof, waterproof jacket over it if needed. The high standing collar retains body heat, and the close-fitting collar design prevents wind from penetrating. It has a slightly looser cut for unrestricted movement and maneuverability. You can wear this fleece over a T-shirt, polo shirt, or under your jacket when you choose your usual size. The breathability of this fleece jacket corresponds to its ability to wick moisture away from the body. It is measured in RET (Resistance Evaporative Transfer) according to ISO 11092 standards.
