The CPO shirt is a classic of military design, first developed in the 1930s. Originally intended for Chief Petty Officers on deck, its versatile shape remains a functional favorite to this day. Our version features this proven, relaxed overshirt cut, which means it works well both over a t-shirt on nice days and over a flannel shirt or hoodie when it gets cooler. We have replaced the usual heavy wool with something that works year-round.
