It features a hood and popper neck fastenings with a double press-stud fastening on each side, allowing the wearer to open up the cape and lay it flat so it doubles as a useful groundsheet. It comes with a carry case with a drawstring handle. Made from 10mm PVC. One size fits 6 to 12 years.
