Application: If the insoles of your shoes are removable, first take them out. If necessary, cut along the line in the toe area that corresponds to your shoe size, or use the original insole as a template. Place the Scholl LiquiFlex insoles with the LiquiFlex capsule facing down in your shoes. The insole should lie flat. Additional trimming may be required for a perfect fit. To clean, simply wipe with a cloth and warm soapy water (do not soak).
