Instructions for use | - If the insoles of your shoes are removable, take them out first. - Follow the size chart. - If necessary, cut along the line in the toe area that corresponds to your shoe size or use the original insole as a template. - Place the Scholl LiquiFlex insoles in your shoes with the LiquiFlex capsule facing downwards. - The insole should lie flat. Additional trimming may be necessary for a perfect fit. - Cleaning: To clean, simply wipe with a cloth and warm soapy water (do not soak) - Replace insoles every six months or when there are visible signs of wear. |
