In winter, the snow-covered Sella massif resembles a wedding cake – and can evoke similarly great feelings of happiness with its breathtaking gorges leading down into the valley. Ski touring in this terrain requires a jacket that keeps you dry and warm without overheating. The Sella 3L Powertex Hybrid Jacket is a lightweight, packable hybrid solution featuring a 3-layer, fully waterproof construction. Thanks to the 90/10 body-mapped down insulation in the torso, you can keep moving without needing to add or change layers.

The main material of the jacket is a 70-den Powertex Responsive 3-layer laminate with a unique coating that contains special thermoreactive minerals. In areas where lightness is more important than durability, a lighter 20-den version of our standard 3-layer Powertex fabric is used. Both fabrics are extremely waterproof (water column: 20,000 mm) and also highly breathable.

The free-motion cut and athletic fit ensure excellent freedom of movement in all situations. The hood also provides optimal freedom of movement and protection with its ergonomic fit and the hidden openings in the collar, allowing you to thread your helmet straps through. Two spacious mesh inner pockets offer space for ski skins, spare gloves, and more.

The Sella 3L Powertex Hybrid Jacket is a Salewa Committed product with down certified according to the Responsible Down Standard (RDS) and a PFC-free DWR coating.
