Salewa Kid's Aqua PowerTex Jacket

The Puez Aqua is a 2.5-layer hardshell jacket for children featuring a waterproof Powertex® membrane made from 57 percent recycled materials. The fabric is reliably waterproof with a water column of 10,000 millimeters. The water column indicates the pressure required for water to penetrate the fabric. Despite this, the jacket remains highly breathable at 10,000 g/m²/24h: within 24 hours, it can evaporate 10 liters of water vapor per square meter, ensuring a comfortable body climate even during strenuous activities.

The design and features of the hardshell jacket are fully functional for alpine hikes and trekking tours: when conditions become uncomfortable, the storm hood and elastic cuffs protect against cold, moisture, and wind. Additionally, the Puez Aqua is equipped with fully taped seams and waterproof zippers to stay dry even in heavy rain. Small items like nuts, bars, or gloves fit easily into the two large side zip pockets, while the reflective detail on the hood enhances visibility in poor weather.

To meet the high social and ecological standards of the SALEWA® Committed collection, the Puez Aqua is made from recycled materials and features a PFC-free, durable water-repellent DWR coating.
