Tradition meets innovation – the Fanes Sarner Down Hybrid features a multifunctional body mapping design: for the body, we used fluffy white duck down (90/10) with a fill power of 750 cuin, while the sleeves are made from 100% recycled wool following the Sarner construction method. The down filling is complemented by an extra lightweight, permanently water-repellent material.

South Tyrolean Tradition
This is a durable product that keeps you warm and gives you peace of mind. For the RDS-certified down, we verify at every stage of the supply chain that the ducks from which it comes are not subjected to force-feeding or live plucking. The Sarner left-knit is a traditional South Tyrolean wool processing technique. The result is a dense wool fabric that is exceptionally warm and better withstands wind and rain. For the sleeves of this jacket, we used a blend of recycled wool and synthetic yarns, creating a particularly soft Sarner knit with hydrophobic properties.

The Fanes Sarner Down Hybrid has numerous functional details such as an insulated hood with a high integrated storm collar, ergonomic shoulders, and a sleeve construction with gussets for unrestricted freedom of movement. The front zipper is equipped with a continuous inner wind flap to keep icy drafts out. The jacket features two zippered hand-warmer pockets and two spacious mesh inner pockets.
