Product details
For young hikers who are out in all weather and need reliable protection (10,000 mm water column). Our most powerful rain jacket for children. A functional rain jacket with a label: 3-hour shower test with 60 l/m²/h. The RET test method (Resistance to Evaporative Transfer) is used to measure the breathability of a material. This refers to the material's ability to transfer moisture vapor generated by the body to the outside, keeping the skin dry. The smaller the RET value, the more breathable the material. RET ≤ 6: very breathable, RET ≤ 12: breathable, RET ≤ 20: hardly breathable. Our product has a RET value of 12. Adjustable Velcro closures at the cuffs. Long back for protection when sitting on wet ground. 2 ventilation zippers in the front. "Connected Pocket" with headphone outlet. 1. Machine wash at 30 °C: close Velcro, use mild detergent, wash the garment inside out, loosen straps and elastic bands. 2. Do not excessively fold the garment in the machine, as it may get damaged. 3. Do not mix different types and colors of clothing. 4. Do not bleach. 5. Rinse thoroughly with plenty of water, spin gently. 6. Dry either on a line or in the machine (low temperature, short program). The resistance of a material to water pressure is expressed in mm water column (ISO 811 standard). The higher the pressure, the more impermeable the fabric. A material with a water impermeability of 10,000 mm water column can withstand a pressure of 10,000 mm – this is roughly equivalent to a downpour lasting 3 hours. Water resistance is indicated as a water column (e.g., 10,000 mm water column).
