About the Cab Street Dragon Artwork: In 1987, street skating became increasingly popular. Steve Caballero was not only an excellent vert skater but also a top contender in street style. Powell-Peralta decided to launch an additional Cab deck model specifically for the street. The artist V.C. Johnson designed a new dragon graphic featuring a bat and bone background. Cab's name was also styled in the form of a bat, as he was a fan of Batman at the time. The Powell-Peralta logo was created in the Animal Chin font, which was also a hallmark of the era. Originally released: 1987 Artwork by: Vernon Courtlandt Johnson Features: T-shirt with screen-printed logo. Large graphic on the back and small graphic on the left chest. Screen print on the inner label. 100% soft-spun cotton jersey. Shrunk. Standard fit for adults.
