The Pala Light Gilet is made from an extremely abrasion-resistant outer material that withstands over 50,000 rub cycles in the Martindale abrasion test. Additionally, reinforcements in high-wear areas, such as the shoulders and hips, further enhance protection against rough rocks. Thanks to the four-way stretch fabric and the athletic cut of the vest, you can move freely while climbing. Furthermore, the membrane-free construction of the gilet ensures better breathability. At the same time, fine merino wool on the inside and merino mesh inserts in the collar provide exceptional comfort.
The athletic cut gilet with elastic hems at the bottom always fits securely and comfortably. It also allows you full freedom of movement while climbing. A practical chest pocket offers storage for important small items for your climbing day, such as your smartphone and snacks.
As part of Ortovox's Merino Shield Tec line, the gilet is produced completely PFC-free and climate-neutral with CO2 compensation.
