The soft back pads conform to the back without restricting the movement of the vertebrae. On the inside, the backpack back can be enhanced with the Clasp Spine Protector. The spine protector is certified according to motorcycle standards and is sold separately. It can be easily slid into a separate inner pocket. In addition to your safety, environmental concerns are also a priority: the freeride backpack is completely PFC-free and climate-neutral thanks to recycled polyester. To adjust the backpack optimally while on the go, it can be quickly compressed using the side-integrated straps, folding down to a flat, snug fit against the back. For rappelling in steep chutes or during short walking sections, the freeride backpack has all the necessary attachment options for skis, ice axes, or ropes, and it also includes the proven helmet net, emergency map, and hydration system preparation.
