To ensure that the athletic-cut ski touring vest is particularly lightweight, elastic, and robust, Ortovox uses Merino Naturetec Light as the main material. This provides excellent breathability and elasticity while also being wind-resistant. On the inside at the back, Tasmanian merino wool offers great comfort and naturally regulates the climate. Technical inserts in the front area, made from a special three-layer warp knit material with a windproof membrane, protect against weather influences while remaining breathable. At the same time, air pockets in the fabric provide optimal insulation. For the sake of the environment, the vest is PFC-free and climate-neutral.

The details are tailored for demanding tours in alpine terrain: The front pockets are optimized for backpack use, allowing for quick access at any time. Elastic arm cuffs ensure optimal freedom of movement for the arms, while the elastic hem keeps drafts and snow out.
