Typically, when denim is dyed, some of the dyes are absorbed by the cotton fibers, while the rest only adheres to the surface of the threads. This gives the denim its aging characteristic, which is often desired. However, when it comes to black jeans, this is not always the case, which is why we developed Everblack denim. The technical difference between Everblack denim and regular black denim is that it uses a method and dye type that allow for better absorption and stronger fixation.
