These jeans are crafted from a stiff 14.25 oz Turkish denim with a rigid hem. This denim features a deep, dark indigo tone, a flat surface, and a uniform diagonal structure. With wear and washing, the denim will develop a wonderful depth as the surface fades while the darker tones in the diagonal twill lines remain intact. The tobacco-colored thread at the seams provides a subtle contrast, while the dark blue embroidery on the back pocket beautifully complements the deep, dark denim. With wear, as with all our unwashed denims, these jeans will develop a unique, worn-in look. The contrast between the tobacco-colored seams and the denim will diminish, while the dark blue embroidery on the back pocket will become more prominent. As with all unwashed denims, we recommend at least 6 months of daily wear before the first wash. This is, of course, just a recommendation. An earlier and more frequent wash will also yield excellent results, but be sure to hand wash or use a gentle cycle in the machine. As long as you take care of your jeans, they will reward you in return with a developing patina that could give you the most beautiful washed jeans of your life.
