Typically, when dyeing denim, some of the color is absorbed by the cotton fibers, while the rest only adheres to the surface of the threads. This gives denim its aging properties, which are often desired. However, this is not always the case with black jeans, which is why we developed Everblack denim. The technical difference between Everblack denim and regular black denim is that a method and type of dye are used that allow for better absorption and stronger fixation. This results in denim whose color is much more resilient and does not fade with use and washing.
