The Women Hikesteller Parka from The North Face is a longer, slim-fit rain jacket, or parka, made from seam-sealed three-layer fabric that protects you from rain and wind. The heart of the parka features the FutureLight membrane. This ultra-thin network of filaments with countless interconnected air holes is produced using nanospinning technology. The three-dimensional channels between the fibers allow the membrane to have more air inclusions compared to other membranes. This enables vapor to escape more easily while preventing water from penetrating from the outside. The technology also ensures good air exchange under the jacket, even during strenuous activities. The hood is attached, has a wire-reinforced brim, and is adjustable. The sleeves and hem can be tightened, and there are two zippered pockets for your hands.
