Our cap in a 6-panel style is made from three different materials. For a comfortable wearing experience, it contains 34% organic cotton. This ecological and sustainable component is grown without chemical pesticides and fertilizers. No genetically modified seeds are used either. The 65% polyester content is derived from PET bottles. To produce it, plastic bottles are shredded, thoroughly cleaned, and melted down. This process creates new, diverse polyester fibers.
