The children's rain poncho Mawsynram is completely waterproof thanks to a waterproof, tear-resistant polyamide upper material and sealed seams, achieving a water column of 12,000 mm. This ensures that the upper body and legs remain dry even in persistent rain. With its separate sleeves, the rain poncho offers excellent freedom of movement and is ideal for sporty activities as well as the morning bike ride to school. It is comfortable to wear and easy to handle when gardening with parents, walking the dog with grandparents, or on a short trekking tour. Exciting excursions can be started even in wet weather. The lightweight design for unpredictable weather does not restrict movement and provides better ventilation than a fully closed rain suit. In case of a surprise rain shower during a school trip, the poncho can be quickly thrown over. The effective rain protection and extra width at the back allow for a school bag to fit underneath. The elastic hood with an integrated visor can be adjusted in volume with Velcro, making it suitable for wearing under a bicycle helmet. In strong winds, the integrated push-button storm protection between the legs ensures that the poncho stays close to the body and does not blow up.

A circumferential 3M Scotchlite reflective reflector, along with a specially designed reflector on the lower back, increases safety in traffic and makes it easier to spot children early in the morning at the bus stop or when it is getting dark.
