The Boonie Hat originally gained great popularity as a tropical hat of the US Army. Both then and now, this tropical wide-brimmed hat is primarily used in warmer regions, such as jungles. With its wide brim, it reliably protects the head and face from sunlight. In its high-quality ripstop version, the Boonie Hat is particularly tear-resistant, skin-friendly, and durable.
