The tried-and-true "Boonie Hat," commonly known as a wide-brim hat, originally gained fame as a tropical hat for the US Army. Even 55 years later, it remains highly popular and is increasingly marketed as an everyday clothing item for everyone. With its wide brim, it reliably protects the head and face from sunlight. In a durable ripstop design, the lightweight "Boonie Hat" is particularly tear-resistant and robust, yet it can also be rolled up and tucked into a pocket.
