The tried-and-true Boonie Hat, commonly known as a wide-brim hat, originally gained fame as a tropical hat for the US Army. Even 55 years later, it remains highly popular and is increasingly marketed as an everyday clothing item. With its wide brim, it reliably protects the head and face from sunlight.
